Pilot terms & privacy

Lotgrove is a service of BCL Digital Solutions. This local pilot offers selected public events and a manual service catalog. Activating a pilot territory grants 30 days of access at no charge, with no payment method or automatic paid renewal.

Your workspace and territory

Confirm only services your business provides. One workspace may hold a standard service category within an available municipality during its active term. Exclusivity applies only to Lotgrove distribution; public records remain accessible elsewhere. Initial history is labeled and has no retroactive exclusivity. There is no guaranteed lead volume or sales result.

Your account

Provide a business name and an email you control. Use a unique password. Administrators also require a verification code. Email confirmation and account recovery are pending in this local pilot; no messages are sent.

Public data and contacts

Source attribution, event dates and published roles accompany public facts. A permit does not establish buying intent or readiness to hire. A license approval does not guarantee a future opening. Public contact information is not consent. Unknown phone lines are hidden pending documented distribution review. No private enrichment or guessed email addresses are used. Lotgrove does not contact prospects.

Coverage and limitations

Available coverage is displayed in your workspace and may be suspended when a source is stale or requires policy review. Orlando municipal permits and selected Florida DBPR food licenses are the initial sources. DBPR postal addresses are checked against municipal boundaries. Winter Park permit delivery awaits commercial permission. These sources do not cover all Orange County or Florida events.

Privacy, retention and corrections

We store account details, protected credentials, sessions, business preferences, territory rights, private follow-up notes and acceptance records. Organization information is isolated. Source payloads have a 30-day retention target; necessary normalized facts and provenance have a 24-month retention target, subject to correction and suppression. Automated cleanup of normalized facts and closed accounts is pending before commercial release. Global record suppression takes effect on subsequent app reads. Report a correction through the BCL support arrangement provided with your pilot; a public self-service correction channel is pending.

Before commercial release

Commercial terms, legal review, support, billing, email recovery, external backups and publication checks remain pending. Do not use this product for credit, employment, housing, personal insurance or decisions about people. Do not enter sensitive information or upload third-party contact lists.
